Like all Meb’s cheese knives, these graceful spreaders will cut cheese, salads, and sandwiches, but won't harm your beautiful serving board!

Meb’s Kitchenwares are created in her workshop in Northeastern Connecticut. She uses hand tools along with power tools adapted to suit the specific needs of her craft. Her finishing process is meticulous. Each piece is dipped in water to raise the grain before being sanded smooth again. This process is repeated twice, and then the piece is hand-rubbed with 2 coats of non-toxic boiled linseed oil and given time in between coats to properly cure. This process ensures her kitchenwares are food-safe, lustrous, and smooth with very little care needed after use.
