Native Hardwood Tree Puzzle

$30.00

Harvey Bartlett graded lumber at his family’s mill in Connecticut for many years before becoming a minister and moving to Vermont. That early experience left him with a reverence for the trees of the Northeast and an eye for the distinct characteristics in its lumber. His tree puzzles are made from the “special collection” of boards he’s had squirreled away for years. An apple tree from Newbury that fell in a storm, a cherry with a lot of heartwood from home. He could tell a story about each one. They measure 7.5"w x 6.5"h x .5"d, sanded smooth and hand-rubbed with oil. Let us select a species for you.

Can’t be outside as much as you’d like? Plant a tree puzzle close by - it just might help.
