Decorative woodsy background

June 2018

Nests and eggs were frequent subjects of your June images - turtles, birds, wasps, and even a fungus "nest" were pictured. A Canada jay surveyed its domain, an enormous black snake slithered through the grass, and fishermen took to the rivers. It's a fine summer day, let's go find some bear scat!

We’re now looking for July 2018 photos that relate to northeastern forests. These could be images of people, plants, wildlife, weather, forest management, wood processing, educational activities, recreation, art, landscapes, or events. To submit your photos, please use the form at the bottom of this page. Thank you!

Submission deadline for next gallery: July 30, 2018
