Decorative woodsy background

November 2018

Your November images documented early winter snow, as well as artifacts of summer life, revealed now that the leaves have fallen.  Squirrels hoarded mushrooms, a bull moose peered out from a thicket, and in the woods of Connecticut, one of you encountered a “wood turner’s dream.”

We’re now looking for December 2018 photos that relate to northeastern forests. These could be images of people, plants, wildlife, weather, forest management, wood processing, educational activities, recreation, art, landscapes, or events. To submit your photos, please use the form at the bottom of this page. Thank you!

Submission deadline for next gallery: Monday, December 31, 2018
