Frozen Time: “A drop of water hanging from this twig was twisted by the winds blowing through the forest in Manchester Center, Vermont, as the temperature rapidly dropped, forming an unusually shaped piece of ice,” said photographer Matthew Lerman. “The temperature reached well below zero that day, and all the surfaces in the forest were covered by a thin coating of ice.”
